1 (15 ounce) can whole blackberries, drained
2 1/2 cups minced pineapple
1 (16 ounce) can fresh pineapple juice concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can sliced pineapple
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a blender, combine whole blackberries, 1 pineapple, pineapple juice concentrate and pineapple. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a bottle with a twist of lemon peel. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
