6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon dried milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch pans.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, flour, oil, salt, eggs, sugar, and milk. Bring to a gradual boil and reduce heat to low until just simmering.
Mix the cream cheese, cream cheese mixture, flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
Place the prepared pans on a baking sheet. Drizzle cream cheese mixture over the tops of the pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
