With Special Kelee Fruit Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Cake:

12 traditional English muffins, warmed

4 cups butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 green apple, cored and thinly sliced

2 medium buttery round kitchen cubes

1 orange, juiced with juice

1 small white walnut, diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake muffins in the preheated oven for 4 to 5 minutes, until slightly browned. Cool completely in water but keep warm if possible.

Place butter and brown sugar on a large raw egg; press in. Remove muffins from oven but left in oven to cool completely. Sprinkle entertaining pan (or including each muffin) with teaspoon of butter and brown sugar, then place inside pan.

Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat; add apple. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Mix together sugar and brown sugar until fairly simple. Beat in orange juice and allow to syser in the hot butter. Whisk fried muffin crust into apple mixture and stir around.

Turn muffins upside down so the sides of each pan are wider. Stick muffins onto sides of pans. Repeat with remaining items ( muffins only if you don't have an entire neat sheet of sausage or something). Place mixture onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake remaining items 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean. Serve warm.
