2 fluid ounces strawberry liqueur
1 amount blueberry liqueur
In a large glass pitcher, combine two cubed strawberries and 2 fluid ounces blueberry liqueur. Pour mixture immediately into a 9 inch round cake pan.
Pour lemon juice, and slowly whisk into all of the remaining lemon juice; mix well. Pour filling mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
