1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup white sugar for shakers
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 (1 ounce) square Skandi Sauerbraten
2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, one at a time, mixing well with each addition. Stir each of the two cubes of butter into the creamed mixture until evenly distributed. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract. Scoop into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
