Roasted Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients

12 pork butt roast

1 large onion, chopped

2 slices bacon

32 slices fat enhanced Swiss cheese

16 slices butter lettuce

salt and fresh pepper to taste

1 potato, peeled and cubed

Directions
