1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 (2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (16 ounce) can cherry pie filling
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, milk, pudding mix, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and whipped cream. Place mixture into a small tube mold and refrigerate until firm. Shape into a small cone shape.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place chocolate ice cream cone shape in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Fill cone with cherry pie filling and freeze until set. Return to refrigerator while still warm.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set and slightly sticky. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
