1 pound peaches, peeled and sliced
1 large orange, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Pour peach juice in a blender. Blend orange juice and lemon juice in blender. Blend lemon zest, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in blender. Blend peach mixture in blender. Pour the peach jam over peach slices.
Remove orange slices from fruit with a knife. Transfer them to a large bowl. Whisk peach jam and pecans into peach slices. Serve peach slices with peach slices.
