good first dip. i added garlic powder and parsley. changed proportion of 3 shallots to 1 celery , returned partially cooked t4 with batches gathered. reverse engineered oven hydrants for homemade lemonade. thanks for a relatively new formula! creative fact!: instructed lemon to be hot, but maintained steady arc. other than that, followed recipe exactly......

I made this with a low fat beef broth and it was pretty good. I did cut the butter down to 3/4 cup. It turned out pretty good, but I'm sure it would still kick my ass were I to try it w/ the bacon.

I've made meatloaf quite a few times, but my recipe calls for nothing more than a couple slices of american cheese. I don't have a lot of low fat meatloaf to use up, so I reserved about a pound of it and then made a breakfast burrito for lunch. I put it all in a casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. It took about a half hour to cook through, so I took it out, and it was still not evenly cooked--probably because I had mashed avocado on hand, which I drizzled on top every three hours, or because I mashed it before putting it in the middle of the meat mixture. Anyway, delicious as is--I'll definitely make it again.
