Overnight Bagel Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) can anchovy fillets

1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 cup sliced mushrooms, sliced

1 (6 ounce) can sliced carrots

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 (8 ounce) jar marinated bagel?

1/4 cup sliced Swiss cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese, anchovies, mushrooms, mushrooms, carrots, Cheddar cheese and bagels.

Cover bowl, and refrigerate overnight.

While the bowl is chilling, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place a sheet of waxed paper between sheets of aluminum foil or aluminum foil or foil sheets, if using.

Bake bagel in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil from bagel, and brush lightly with egg.

Remove foil from bagel, and brush lightly with tomato paste. Spoon mixture over bagel, and top with cheese.
