1 (3 pound) whole chicken
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oil in a large saucepan over high heat; mix chicken and bread into a smooth batter. Fry over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes on each side; they will be a deep deep brown. Fry until golden. Remove from heat. Drain on paper towels.
