Filling:
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (2 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
1/2 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons caramel flavored Jell-O
Make the graham cracker crust: Place graham cracker crust in a large bowl and mix boiling water, gelatin and caramel flavored gelatin. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Three to four hours later, remove the lid from the refrigerated pie and gently press the gelatin mixture into the crust.
Place pie in a large nonstick saucepan, and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is slightly thickened. Remove from heat and allow pie to cool slightly before filling.
