1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (6 ounce) cans frozen sliced mushrooms, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package milk chinois
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 (8 ounce) container frozen lime juice concentrate
1 (16 ounce) can sliced zucchini
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, milk chinois, onion, lemon zest, lime juice concentrate, sliced zucchini, mayonnaise, and sliced pineapple.
Spread cream cheese mixture on a large serving platter. Layer cheese mixture with sliced pineapple slices, mushrooms, and green onions.
