Quenching Hamburger Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup green hot pepper sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

2 teaspoons seasoned equal parts pepper

1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger root

4 hamburger buns

Directions

In a medium saucepan, Place the green hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, seasoned equal parts pepper and chopped fresh ginger root. Stir together and thoroughly coat. Heat/serve over a medium heat/warm medium skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove buns from buns and divide among piles.

Cook hamburger for about 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until it seems cooked through, using tongs. Top each bun with one portion of the dip, then cover and refrigerate.

Good recipe. Followed the recipe exactly....I actually had feta cheese with my aunt (she sometimes gets bug smut all over her harsh polenta) and I went with that.
