3 eggs
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
3 cups white sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, cream cheese, sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
