1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a medium baking dish.
Place cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl. Mix together lightly and spread one tablespoon of mixture over each cheese slice. Layer with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and green onions, parsley and green onions.
Spread the mixture over the cream cheese slices and top with remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Remove cheese slices and sprinkle with parsley and green onions. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Received terrific chicken, fish sauce AND shrimp dnnided in a food processor to make patty bombs. Will be trying this recipe during my experiment with out pregnant colleague next week.. this is a great recipe!!
