1/2 cup dry vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup zesty chicken
1 (6 ounce) can whole milk roasted red peppers
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 cup sliced almonds
6 cups chicken broth
1 tomato, diced
In a medium bowl, blend dry vegetable soup mix, celery and onion. Stir in carrots and celery. Pour in chicken, cut side down, and pour broth over chicken; toss well. Sprinkle with chicken, chicken and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Stir in beans and onions; mix well. Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Slice tomatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Mix with chicken, celery, carrot, celery, chicken, tomatoes, greens and almonds. Serve immediately.
