1 pound uncooked spaghetti
1 cup water
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, reduce heat, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Add tomato paste, basil, oregano and garlic powder. Stir thoroughly. Cover, and simmer 15 minutes more.
