1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 large green bell pepper, diced
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mushroom soup and mushrooms. In a separate small bowl, mix cream cheese and tomatoes. Spread cream cheese mixture inside a large baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake for 10 minutes, mix with mushrooms.
When the pasta is cooked, mix the cream cheese mixture with cream cheese mixture and serve immediately.
Meanwhile, top the pasta with the sour cream and mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with garlic and serve immediately.
