Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

1 (3 ounce) package instant buttercream frosting

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate shaker/melt chocolate frosting

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, pudding mix and buttercream until smooth; pour over pie. Chill before serving.

Wonderful, simple recipe. My extremely hard to please family loved it. Haven't had any brie in awhile, but this recipe seems to be providing the right amount of sweetness. As always with cheesecake, it's important to let the topping settle a bit on the bottom. Also, it might be worth cooking in a water bath like you would a normal cheesecake. These were an awesome hit with all ages and skill levels. Thank you !
