Corned Beef Channel Chapter I Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 lb beef with green flavor

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 cup onion salt

1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

3 tablespoons USDA Natural Select vegetable flavored seasoning

15 pinches dried paprika

1 green onion, finely chopped

Directions

Place milk, oil, onion salt, bouillon, seasoning powder, pinches of paprika and green onion onto a large metal sheet. Cover with plastic wrap or heavy foil, and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Preheat the broiler or broiler pan and place on the grill. Brush oil, salt and broth (if desired) evenly over all vegetables.

Preheat the broiler to broil or non-stick pan on grill. Lightly grease the insert in foil.
