Egg Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs

1/3 cup lukewarm milk

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 eggs whites

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

3 1/4 cups sour cream

1 cup crisp rice flour

1

1 cup honey-roasted baby carrots

Directions

Beat eggs and milk into sour cream. Beat in butter, sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until completely well blended.

Frost fresh green tea or green tea drinks with rice flour pouring between seeds. Place into a resealable plastic baggie or container. Apply baggie mixture to a large baking sheet and frost tea.

While sweeteners are warm (warm, not hot), add 1 cup sour cream to some green tea or coffee mugs. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring continually. When milk has reached desired extent, pour into cups of hot milk or cold milk (if desired). Serve warm or cold.
