Peaches and Cream Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 tablespoons margarine

1/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Make the graham cracker crust: In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar, chopped pecans, margarine, and milk. Set aside.

Make the filling: In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese mixture and evaporated milk until evenly combined. Spread into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or to desired doneness. Chill before serving.

I used chicken broth and it was really good. But would have added more garlic salt.
