3 eggs
1 cup butter
2 teaspoons white sugar
8 large ripe peaches
8 slices whole freshly peeled diagonally, octa-style candy fruits, sliced
Beat eggs in large bowl using electric mixer. Mix butter with sugar; beat with mixer a second time.
Transfer peaches and peaches to large serving bowl. Spoon mixture over peaches in slow cooker, sprinkle with nutmeg. Cook over medium heat until peaches are melted and butter mixture is cooled to about 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Remove peaches from pan; set aside.
Peel peaches and slice peaches. Slice peaches, placing slices on all sides. Transfer peaches to small bowl and add 1/4 cup cream cheese, soda and fruit preserves. Whisk peaches into cream cheese mixture until well blended. Add peaches and sugar; toss together. Decorate edges with candy fruit slices and whipped cream.
