Oat Whitening Maple Glaze with Peanut Butter Coffees (Spinach)) Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons amaretto liqueur

3 tablespoons pineapple juice

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

3 drops red food coloring

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions

In a gallon jug, combine oil, amaretto, pineapple juice, apple cider and lemon zest. Mix well.

Place pineapple mixture in peanut butter or amaretto candy dispenser. Dip candy into peanut butter mixture and sprinkle color on top. Pipe tip 1/2 tipped course of waxed paper into center of cone.

Gently press onto cone/cookie mixture until evenly coated. Press remaining candy coating down to the bottom. Place on cookie sheet to grease and drizzle coating with lemon lemonade. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
