I absolutely LOVE trauing fresh cranberries. They're so close to the skin and taste wonderful. And they're so easy to prepare. Thank you for the recipe.

These are fantastic! I've made them for parties and they are always a huge hit. I put the chips in a small pan and cooked them in batches - once I got the chips nice and soft I removed them and let the chips cool on a towel for a few minutes (or two, depending on how wet your cookies are). I then formed the cookies using the directions on the box yum. I even added some dry cranberries and chocolate chips to the tops for added flavor. These were definitely a hit!

As it is written this recipe is awesome!!! I made it into muffins . They turned out perfect . I added some sour cream and butter to make the crust thicker and cookies puffed beautifully . I actually prefer not to add the dry italian dressing ,it is that dry. I think that it is thicker if it is not iced and I do think it needs it. Thanks for writing this little help!!

I had to substitute brown sugar for half the white sugar, but this recipe was really good, anyway. Just a note to be aware of when making this: when I add the dry ingredients, I sometimes have to do a few twists and turns before I can get everything coated, so I recommend doing it right before you put it in the oven, if at all possible. Because the tops get really hot while cooking, I'd recommend turning the dish half way through, until the inside is nice and crispy, before you put it in the oven for final touch.
