I changed the recipe a little bit, added strawberries and oregano. I really like this recipe and I followed all of the directions. I cooked the cakes in mini-muffin cups and sprinkled crushed walnuts on top before glazing. I had fresh strawberries and nectarines. I think next time I will reduce the sugar a little bit and also add a little cinnamon.
