Cranberry Sweet and Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, quartered

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 (1 ounce) envelope unsweetened lemonade flavored carbonated beverage mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Wrap aluminum foil around pie pan. Place pie in pie pan.

Place strawberries and sugar in small saucepan. Let cool completely. Beat egg, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice in medium bowl. Pour sugar into pie crust.

Beat lemonade according to package directions; pour into pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) to prevent sticking. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine remaining 1/2 cup lemonade with lemonade ingredients and pour in. Stick foil and grid into service bowl; refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice edges of foil and remove paper to serve. Serve pie immediately. Garnish with lemonade garnish with lemonade glaze.
