1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup distilled white vinegar
In a small zip-top plastic bag, shake together ketchup, vinegar, orange juice, lemon juice and distilled white vinegar. Crack pepper and chocolate pieces into the bag; place over a flame of oil or a charcoal grill for 4 hours.
