1 ounce semisweet chocolate, crumbled
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 ounces brownie sheets
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
Line the baking sheet with foil. Chop chocolate and set aside.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, stir together confectioners' sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and melted butter until smooth. Pour mixture over brownie sheets for 3 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and place onto prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Top when done. Eat as dessert.
