1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup cold milk powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups whole grain soft butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 (15 ounce) can dark corn syrup, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together 1/2 cup of flour with the oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together the peanut butter, chocolate chips, eggs and milk. Pour into prepared baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
