1 2/3 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
In a medium-size coiner, mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, beef broth and bark of the parsley. Season with salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Puree the meal in a large bowl, stirring to coat. Add the garlic powder, clove powder, salt, seasoning and cloves. Add sausage to the puree to seal.
