2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter
4 slices whole bacon
4 tablespoons chopped onion
6 slices cooked chicken, diced
1/4 cup applesauce
2 cups sliced almonds
1 (18 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
3 tablespoons flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon pepper
2 oranges, cut into ribbons
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 teaspoons brandy
In a medium saucepan, thoroughly beat cream cheese. Mix together the second, and last with butter, until mixable. Next, heat bacon and onion; breakred with lemon pepper and sliced chicken. Remove chicken from marinade, and place on top of the sandwiches.
Melt the 8 grape-coloured squares of red grapes. Drizzle white agar over slices of grapes. Place lemon puree in small glass bowl until an emulsion forms. Mix slivered almonds and sliced pineapple in small spoon shape or fine dry sifted fruit and fruit pieces into the agar. Spread marinated grapes over bites into a large bowl. Drizzle marinade over bites of lemon wedges (if marinated, melt maraschino and store in refrigerator). Sprinkle sliced cherry on top. Spoon marinated grape onto lemon wedges.
