1 (18.25 ounce) package fruit cocktail mix
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cherry juice
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can diced pineapple with juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
In a mixing bowl, combine fruit cocktail mix, lemon flavored gelatin, cream cheese, sugar and flour. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill until serving.
In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese, pineapple, lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Whip cream cheese, pineapple and lemon juice mixture into 1/2 cup thick. Fold pudding mix into whipped cream cheese mixture.
Pour filling into pie crust. Chill until serving.
