Vegetarian Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, thinly sliced

1 small onion, sliced

3 veggie steers

1 small carrot, diced

4 medium diced tomatoes

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 large yellow bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup mushrooms

1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons minced curry leaf

4 ounces ricotta cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, toss cabbage, onion, veggie steers, carrot, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, bell pepper, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Set aside.

In a large bowl, toss celery, liquid smoke and chopped onions. Mix together and set aside.

In a medium bowl, toss together celery, tomato broth, ricotta cheese and chicken. Mix together and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the cabbage mixture, 1/2 of the onion mixture and 2 cubes celery mixture on top of the dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until cabbage mixture is tender.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! My husband complained about them after they had cooled but I was so grateful he hadn't! I will make these again
