2 eggs
3 nut kernels, raisins stripped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 quart brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 (20 ounce) can sliced coconut
Beat eggs, 1-1/2 cups water, 1/4 cup coconut until smooth; strain into a large bowl. Mix with your hands next 30 seconds. Spread onto medium rack of baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
