2 pounds carrots
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place carrots in a large bowl and mix vinegar, salt, garlic powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Preheat grill for low heat.
Heat grill for high heat.
Place carrots on the grill about 1 to 2 inches from the heat source. Brush with wine vinegar mixture and cook about 5 minutes per side, until carrots are tender.
Really good and very easy to make. I enjoyed the cardamom part but prob not all that useful. I used dried rosemary that I had in my spice rack. I also substituted lemon juice in place of water. This turned out great. Thanks for the recipe
