Wine Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

4 (1 ounce) squares white cake mix

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped green onions

1 cup chopped celery

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.

Place cream cheese in a large bowl. Beat until smooth. Mix in the celery, green onions and celery sugar. Gradually mix in flour until just blended. Stir in the egg, lemon extract and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of the pie comes out clean. Cool and frost with whipped topping.
