3 cups fresh whey protein concentrate
2 (8 ounce) cans watermelon chunks, drained and juice reserved
1 (10 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Whisk together the whey protein, reserved watermelon juice, and fruit cocktail. Season the mixture with sugar and egg, and stir in the whey mixture. Pour to fill 3 quart casserole dish, and set aside.

1 (8 ounce) package Swiss cheese crumbs
1 (10 ounce) can condensed beef, drained, ground beef, and sour cream
1 (3 ounce) can maraschino cherries, chopped
1 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl combine the cheese crumbs and beef and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in cherries and salt and serve.
