I made this for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I must say that it is absolutely delicious! I didn't have coconut sugar but I did have decently sized shrimp and I used the pineapple juice in place of the orange. I would definitely make it again!

This was a great recipe. The amount of shrimp in the sauce made it almost like a pasta dish. I made 1/2 shrimp and 1 tablespoon butter and it was still yummy. I made 1/2 shrimp and 1 tablespoon brown sugar and it turned out very well. I did it in a cast iron skillet and it took forever, but it was worth it. Kids kept asking for the recipe.
