1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
8 slices bacon, diced
3/4 cup hamburger hash
16 slices processed cheese food (eg. Pepperidge Farm Brand)
1 cup sliced American cheese
In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the grapes, and saute for 6 minutes each side. Immediately remove them from heat. During the last 2 minutes on each side, mix the hash browns with the prepared chicken hash browns. Serve in a slow cooker.
Heat a medium skillet or wok on medium high heat.
Combine shredded cheese, cooked hash browns, and cooked pecans. Pour this mixture over the freshly heated hash browns in the slow cooker. Continue to drizzle both sides of the hash browns, top with lettuce leaves before serving.
