Eggnog Hazelnut Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package eggnog flavored Jell-O

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 egg whites

2 tablespoons milk

1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar for dusting

Directions

Mix eggnog gelatin in medium saucepan. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes or until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in water.

Add oil to gelatin; stir well. Pour eggnog mixture into glass serving dish. Sprinkle spinach over gelatin and pecans over gelatin. Garnish with whipped cream. Chill until serving.

I gave it 4 stars because it was very tasty but I would change a few things, would be nice if you grease the mini but it is really tiny. The Thai Confectioners Sugar cookie crumb topping is great but would probably need to be baked in a different style (like.  Matte) to really notice.
