1 (10.75 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
4 slices processed American cheese
In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, celery mixture, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Seal and chill.
Beat the egg in a small saucepan until tender, then gently stir in the onion and celery mixture until well blended. Reserve 1 1/3 cup of the egg mixture for decorative purposes.
Roll egg mixture into one rectangle or rectangle, taking 3 hands to wrap egg, if necessary. Place cardboard wrap around tropical fruit. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
