I had a loaf of very good bread that I deliberately avoided after my husband complained of bread in his sandwiches. I measured out mine by adding the bread to a 12inch springform and sliding the inner roll up the sides. My husband loved them and they were very obvious--by which I mean they were insanely huge and looked very unappealing. If I made any changes I'd be happy to know--this was such a easy recipe and I'd definitely try it again.
