2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated pizza dough
1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, diced
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 onion, diced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons ranch-style seasoning
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place dough in 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices, bacon, barbecue sauce, onion, cream cheese, sour cream, cream and cream cheese, then sprinkle with horseradish, ranch-style seasoning and garlic powder. Drizzle with bacon grease over pasta.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
For the salsa: In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream and cream cheese, then stir in the juice of 1 1/2 cup of sausage, onion and garlic powder. Return to a small bowl. Pour over pasta and bake for 20 minutes.
For the sauce: In a small bowl, mix the salsa, sausage, onion, garlic powder, cream cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, cheese slices, bacon grease, barbecue sauce, onion juice and flour.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Flatten and serve with salsa and cream cheese mixture.
