Chocolate Brownies II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup white sugar

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 (15 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). But don't let the oven go hot! Whip the butter or margarine in a small bowl until smooth. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time. Beat in sugar, milk and sugar alternately. Mix in vanilla extract, baking soda and evaporated milk. Stir occasionally until batter is thoroughly incorporated. Pour batter into greased and floured 9-inch round baking pans.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into 1-inch squares.

I along with a few friends sought out this recipe. It is indeed tasty! I toasted the strips of bacon, along with the inside of my own Sinful Basil. I tried some hot sauce; it is not enough for most purposes, but it was what I needed. Plan on making this again; will keep you posted.
