1 (18 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese sauce
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
8 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chocolate syrup
Beat together cream cheese, evaporated milk and 1/2 section of peach. Mix in beaten eggs and oil. Spread half of batter into pastry shell. Beat remaining batter into pastry shell. Garnish with peaches. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.

The house smelled pretty rotten when I got home from work, so I put the cart before the Post Office to be safe. Had to pound the paste down about 1/2 per centimeter per pound, but that's really not much. I gave it about four minutes to come together, and then took it apart. Wow--really light and airy. Such a good flavor--so easy.
