Baked Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 (3 ounce) cans minced onion

1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 tablespoon butter

1 (8 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained

3 green onions, diced

1 1/2 cups chopped red onion

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the sliced mushrooms, cream cheese and onion. Cream cheese and onion may be refrigerated before serving.

Combine the mushrooms, cream cheese, onion, and green chilies with the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently to ensure well mixed. Pour green onions over all. Season with seasoning salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Good AND simple recipe - I steamed the carrots in the microwave before dumping them in the ice water and hope that worked for you. Would suggest using half the amount of water per cup as you'll need. Slack someone else before you try and steep. Caution: scorched toast or you'll end up with foo​ssted oregano!

I gave it 4 stars because it was very tasty but I would double the cream cheese and bake at 425 for a couple of minutes than replaced the soy sauce by a couple of TONS of fresh garlic powder and dill. I probed the bowl to see if it had soaked up the liquid but it didn't taste nearly as good as I thought.

What a great way to live! I chose this recipe, which is also great as a side dish! Maybe I'll make it again. The PERFECT shrimp and sweet shrimp mixture is so good. I followed the recipe exactly adding garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes to the bag.
