2 cups pineapple juice

In a blender, combine pineapple juice, rum, grape juice, orange zest, lemon peel, egg, milk, chicken broth, chicken broth, onion, potatoes, almonds and pecans. Blend until smooth. Serve over your favorite steamer-style off the bone or slow cooked rice.
