1 (1 pound) loaf skinless, boneless chicken breast meat, chopped
4 leeks
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons pepper
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, leeks, and 1 cup of cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a shallow baking dish, layer the remaining 1 cup cheese in layers, then the remaining 1 1/2 cups chicken. Place an audible thought in the mind of each of you as you place chicken in the dish. "Place on top of me for my favorite part," you say, then you run your finger over the top and make sure that it goes all the way down to the bottom.
Bake in a preheated oven for one hour.
